Default Anyone use the FAL rear hatch lexan? (CRX)

The price is not that unreasonable at summit.. anyone have any pics of it installed?

You wanna run lexan on your hatch Hope it's a track car only cause they vibrate and shake like crazy and they start to resonate at higher speeds. Simply go buy a sheet of lexan and cut it out. Cheaper then buying a premade one.

you can glue a premade one on and it's also moulded. saves tons of time.. you end up paying only $100 extra to have it cut AND moulded if you look at the price of real 4 x 8 lexan sheet. plus they paint the black part on. not a bad deal.

I cant picture a moulded (curved) peice vibrating as much as a joe blow home job plexyglass hatch?

i plan to buy the FAL kit, i also plan to pick up a cf hatch, trying to get my car to under 2000 pounds with me in the car

You should know better then me Paul, you need to spend money to get a good product. Either suck it up and buy the premade ones, or make one yourself. Ask Rob where he got his lexan from, forgot to mention it to you.

this thread is not about saving weight, I really just want pics of the FAL hatch.

For the record, I'm pretty sure my CRX is lighter than average.

what was the price you saw?? I searched their website & couldn't find it for the crx
