One thing I can't stand are EF's with poorly hacked bumpers, particularly crx's.
I took some time on this. I had to chop the bumper support a bit, but I was suprised it didn't weaken the lower lip (in the sense it won't wobble in the wind). I'm putting on a DA lip very soon, should help it a lot. Sedans aren't just for grannys.

i hate you people without smog worries....
nice setup though, still have a/c and other "luxuries" working? how's the gas mileage...i was thinking of getting a sedan, swapping the d16z and adding a ca legal greddy kit on too...

The funny thing is I had relisted it in Brown County (no emissions check), but the dick at the emissions place put a note in the system I didn't have a propper filter, so I need to basicly get it checked before I can drive it again. Meaning... taking off the turbo system & modding the oem manifold/cat to the 3" exhaust. Yay
I want to kill the guy, as he knew nothing about emissions. Seriously, how can changing from a oem filter to an open cone filter (to quote him) "allow bad gasses into the atmosphere"??
Anyways, I just need to mod one line and fill up the AC for cold air, PS was recirculated because I prefer the more direct feel. Every other luxury is working. Gas milage was about 22mpg the first tank, boosting constantly and running 12-13:1 cruising (closed loop disabled atm).

That looks really good, it fits together. Hey what kind of guage pod is that? Ive been looking for one that matches the grayish interior.

EF LX/DX tranny, worst of them all. Its probably using 10-20% more fuel than it should while cruising, and I'm constantly on/off the throttle. I just finished the final section on the 3" exhaust, dual summit resonators (no cat/muffler) sound so quiet - in between my b18b's apexi WS2 exhaust and my bro's old greddy evo exhaust. No raspiness, just a low burble.
The guage pod is an autometer "clear gray" color, I think it was for the crx/civic hatch. I had to mold it a bit since it didn't fit my sedan's molding all that well.

It drops to 1" below the oil pan plug. It looks odd because the turbo had to be low, making the DP be rather low. Its really not much lower than the stock x-member was.
I just wanted to tell you that you did a great job installing the intercooler on you car what size is your intercooler and who makes it!! im putting a turbo on my 91 SI hatch and the only other parts I need is the intercooler so any help would be great!

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1657766 shows some more pics before I finished the bumper. Cut-off discs + sawzall FTW
I had to slightly cut the inner body that wraps around the AC bottle thing (the outside of the driver's side hole). It is one point where the body/bumper/light got bolted together, and I'm planning on welding a support back in soon. Washer bottle is gone, I may add it in somewhere later.
FMIC is a johnnyracecar 6" 'economy' version. Its ~6" tall and maybe 34.5" wide tube to tube (25" core or so).
