Default when should i tune my ride?

well i have a 91 civic hatch with a b18a swap. no real huge engine mods.
intake, skunk2 exhaust, header, msd cap/blaster2 coil, obd1 conversion, venom 260cc injectors.

would it help my car if i tuned it?

my guess is you wont gain much if anything 5 hp maybe. but the ecu should be putting out the fuel and all that stuff for those in ijectors and the dizzy stuff.

weird, your b18a should idle fine. Id check everything over, maybe do those plugs. My b18a idled like stock in my CRX ( tho i kept it obd0) and only started getting brutal once i threw in Crower 403's.
