3rd gen integra won't start. no fuel no cel

Already replaced the main relay under the dash, checked both 15a fuses. dont know what else it could be any ideas? it will crank but i never hear the fuel pump come on and i don't see cel even if i jump the connector.

please help!

checked fuel pump solenoid yet?

stock engine? modified? blah blah blah, etc...
