Default efi fuel managment system

Hey I am a new to the forced induction world. I have a drag gen 3 waiting to go on my gsr. I want to get a fuel mangagment unit like the efi, hondata, apexi power fc, etc. For the money the efi systems seems to be the best you can get them for like 800 right now. Superstreet did an article on alot of diffrent systems and rated it good. ANyone have this or know anyone that has used it? SOme info from you seasoned veterans would be great. THanks....

Super Street is a ricer magazine.... yes I have a subscription to it too....

The EFI is a good system, it just depends on what you need and what features you want a full EMS to have.

When looking into the whole standalone and programable units I was told that it was okay by some and others told me it was junk. I know that the DSM guys use it. I just decided to go with the AEM for a "little" more money. I have yet to tune the AEM, should be sometime this week if things work out. I'd say DFI, Hondata, Haltech, AEM or even Tec II/SDS are all good options. Find a local tuner and see what he's(or she don't want to discriminate)are comfortable tuning.
