Default Safety issue

About a month ago, I read a post about someone talking about a dead cap next to the drivers side shock in the engine bay, and how you could take it off and have the car not start up. Then someone else posted that there was bout ten things like that you can do to your car which makes it unstartable/undrivable leaving people the only choice to tow it. I know nobody's going to post it on here, but how should i go about finding other things like this to make the car undrivable?

Pretty much anything you can do short of selling it, is going to help. Remember your methods are not theft proof. At the top of your list of anti-theft devices is going to be full coverage insurance with sweet deductables.

Don't do stuff like park it at movie theatres or malls UNLESS you have the ability to make it extremely difficult to steel.

get some body damage and don't wash it.

I can leave my car unlocked and no one touches it.

Ok then, Nate does the same thing with his R. A GS-R was stolen 2 cars away, his was untouched.

If I stole cars I don't think I'd steal ones that looked like ****

best defense is to turbo it.

First, your car value will plummet. No one will want it. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1474077
Second, if somone steals it, you can follow the dripping oil or smokescreen to their house and beat the crap out of them.
Lastly, your car probably won't be running anyway, sitting on jackstands most of the time, which is probably even better of a theft deterrant than leaving it dirty and beat up.

Thanks,
Chris

I hear it also helps to put flames on the hood. They make thieves think it had an engine fire...

It's almost like you're saying, "expletive you thieves!"

Then they'd be thinking correctly. Moving to a place with no theft is the best I can think of, although thats not very feasable for most.
