Not much, I bought it new, so ~8k miles. 0 shaftplay, turbo is perfect.

Not pictured on the first is the vulcanized hose used to extend the lower ic pipe to fit, and the downpipe.

You have to trim your bumper a little to fit the IC, but hardly any, nothing you can see from the front. You can keep fender liners 'n everything.
