Subframe Tear-Out - Now What?!?!
i had the skunk2 rear sway installed on my 94gsr last august.
low mileage, driving around town, no auto-x-ing.
ok, well, i guess i have a habit of flooring it when i flip a bitch, but anyway...
both bolts on the driver's side are torn out. passenger side looks ok, as far as i can tell.
i knew about the beaks kit but i didn't think i needed it with the skunk, i thought it was mainly to help with a problem caused by putting the R swar on a gsr. anyway, way too late for that...
so what the hell do i do now? i guess welding on reinforcements and tapping them or something? there's no way i could pay for replacing the part ($$$$). i'm not even sure who to go to for this...

It just needs to be rewelded with a plate. If you live near any auto places that have full-time welders then you should be set. A trained hand should have no problem seeing the problem, and then fixing it.
