Default b16 bogging problem fixed

I know this has been discussed before, but i just wanted to say i finally fixed my bogging problems. i was running the mugen chipped pr3 ecu for the time being to not have anys bogs, but gas mileage was getting cut short. So i decided to run the original 5speed stock pr3 again and switch secondary and primary o2 wires. It worked! the car does not bog anymore at steady throttle. but i still have one little problem that, when i am cruising and am coming to a stop and pull it into neutral and coast, sometimes the rpm will drop down to about 500 and do a quick bounce up a few rpms and then drop back down and stay steady at 750. What causes the bouncing? this is not a constant bouncing idle, it only does it when i let the rpm drop down to idle. anyone know this fix
