Bought my AEM intake...now I gotta pop the bumper off to put it on. What bolts do I loosen? I know I take off the ones in the wheelwells towards the ground, and I need to take out the blinkers in the front...but what other bolts do I need to take out?

I have a Chilton's but it doesn't help for ****.

Easiest way is to take off the front bumper is with the bumper support still attached..

First take out the 2 screws on the inside of the wheel well, pointing towards the front of the car.
Remove the two lower blinkers, then you will see two 10mm bolts remove those. If all is done right you can take off the bumper and bumper support as one piece.

 

2 screws per wheel well (4 phillips head screws)
1 screw under each corner (2 phillips head screws)
3 or 4 across the top under the hood (3 or 4 phillips head screws)
2 screws under the bumper holding on a flap (2 plastic phillips head screws)

done.

Well damn, now I've got a couple of different answers.

As for the ones under the hood, there's like 6 on mine. Which ones in particular are we talking about? Mine are right below the latch, but like I said, there's like 6.

I know where the ones in the wheel wells are, I'm good on those.

I found the ones (two each side) under the blinker in the front of the bumper. If I take it off that way, by taking off the bumper reinforcement with the bumper, is it hard to get back on? Do I need to take anything off besides those?

****, I should just wait for the intake to get here tomorrow, and take off all the screws from the front wheels forward...I'm sure to get it off that way!!

finding all the bolts is extremely easy the hard part is finding one that isnt seized.
