Default help with my hesitation problem when car is warm!

hey guys, whats up. my car is sluggish whenever it is warmed up and it sucks *****.

i thought it was the egr valve because i was throwing a code, so i did the DIY egr block off mod. immediately after i did that i seafoamed my car. this was a few weeks ago. after that, my car ran perfect for about 3-5 days, but now its back to being sluggish.

now, what could it be? i figured maybe my mind was playing with me and it wasnt faster but i dunno. any ideas would be appreciated, and im getting my timing checked today (hopefully).

Check your coil, distributor, rotor, sprak plugs, wires........stuff like that. Kinda sounds like ignition break up or something.

spark plugs/wires i think are fairly new. ive got nology hotwires. to me it doesnt sound like a coil or distributor problem but i'll check. thanks for the help.

also, last night it was raining so i was driving with the ac on and it felt like it was a lot smoother? maybe i was just high, but i dunno. i never drive with ac so i'll have to check it out again but does this seem logical?
