Default finished swap firing problems

ok i finished the b16a swap in a 90 crx and it starts fine, but when ur drive and u need to just push on the gas to maintane speed it misses alot. but when it does that and u mash the petal it takes off just fine. i don't know what it could be i have replaced:
new Honda Spark plug wires
NGK Plugs
New Cap
New Rotor

the only thing i can think of is maybe one of the plugs are bad even though there all new. just woundering if any one can help. i'm going to buy a new set of plugs i hope that the problem and no codes are be throw but the knock senor. its getting to be a pain cause vtec is still working even tho the check engine light is on. thanks for any help.

Either switch your O2 sensors, or swap pins C8 and C16 on the ECU. Problem solved.

how that going to help. from what i have heard switch o2 senor and gas mileage is bad .

its worth a shoot but i don't know if its going to work.

It worked for me, during normal driving the ECU uses the O2's to adjust the air/fuel, so if they are backwards the ECU is reading the wrong O2, so it try's to adjust the mixture in the wrong cylinders, which makes it bog and hesitate.

Maybe someone else can explain it a little more clear for you.
