What mods would need to be done to put a Apexi N1 Exhaust on?

What mods would need to be done to put a Apexi N1 Exhaust on?

I believe it is for a 96-00 coupe and I have a hatchback, what all would i need to do?

some earplugs. jk the rear section will need to be shortened, and you may also need a test pipe for it to reach and bolt up to your oem manifold downpipe, depending on where your cat is.
