SIR seat Swap???????????????

I think this is the right fourum to post this if not im sorry. Anyway i just bought so SiR front seats of a guy and i tried to change the seat rail and i cant figur out how please help my thanks

im not sure what year the seats are from but they are going into a '96 hatch
