Those look like the HID JDM integra headlights.

 

Yea, but where are the ballasts?

They look like they're non-HID black housing headlights from JDM ITRs. Ballast is pretty obvious. If they were HID lights, revhrdls may have taken ballasts for personal use.

They are HID, because there are no lines that cross the path of the projector.

These are HID I bought these without ballasts/bulbs... Thanks iC Roger for the pic of the ballast... right now imagestation is down to see the comparison on the lights... Now correct me if I am wrong but side marker uses a regular bulb and I think that the next one in can fit the regular 9006 but you need the ballast/bulbs to run the innermost one it's an H5...
Now seriously I am looking to get $660 plus shipping for these housings that's what I paid for them...
