Low TPS voltage @ WOT - How do I check the sensor ground?

Problem: TPS voltage 0.75 volts @ WOT
Does anyone know how to check if the TPS sensor ground wire is good, which I believe is the GRN/BLK wire (the one farthest to the right when looking at the face of the TPS connector). Which wire on the ECU connector do I probe to test this wire? I can't seem to find a GRN/BLK wire on the ECU connector.

Thanks! Somehow reading your post got me thinking about all those electrical diagrams in the Service Manual.
So I found it, the TPS along with the IAT, ECT, and primary HO2S sensor all ground to SG2 on the ECM.
It feels like the service manual is laughing at me now...
