'95 del sol audio setups .... what's the best...
i've got a 95 del sol and i need to find a good way to put some sound in it... i have 3 10" infinity kappa perfects that i'd like to put in there... but i realize that it's only a small car.. and one would probably be enough... so i was thinking about putting one in between the seats.. i talked to a couple of buddies of mine that work in the install bay at best buy and they said it could be done.... but would this produce the best sound or should i just put it in the trunk and deal?? and if i do put a or all of my speakers in the trunk is it going to sound like ***?? i also have 2 12" sony explodes that i could use... what should i do??
I have a 96 and i have to subs in the cabin. i pulled the lock boxes behind the seats out fiberglassed a box up and wraped it in black vinyl. sorry the website isnt really made yet but you get the gist of it. http://www.sounddomain.com/ride/721696
There's alot of talk back and forth over what's better. I personally have heard them both ways and personally like it in the back seat.
Here's mine, for sale if you wanna come to Pittsburgh to get it....

yeah well that definatly made up my mind... definatly putting it in the cab... maybe i'll just put both my 10"s back there... oh and unfortunatly i have enough subs... 2 12" 3 10" now i need to start getting rid of mine.. OH SNAP maybe i'll put all 3 YAY... what have y'all done for door speakers... i think i have a decent set of pioneers in there but they sound dumb once i get to a decent listining volume.. do you think i might need to just amp the speakers...
if you dont have subs in currently then ofcourse your speakers will sound like ***... i had my s type's in for about a month before i put my sub, and everybody told me they sucked, i put my sub in and now all of my friends say i have a clean system. but hey its all about how you like to listen to your music and what type of music. i personally listen to mostly a mix of rap, techno, and reggae and they tend to have a lot of bass.
I have a single 12 in my trunk and I love it. The only problem you'll have with sub(s) in the trunk is that the bass doesn't travel through the double wall very well.
But of course a lot of dynamat in the trunk and a little wall porting can do wonders

yeah i get what your saying.. i still think i need to amp them tho then they'll sound clean... cause my stereo goes to 35 and right not i'm running them at about 31 so i'm sure the output of the deck isn't enough for the speakers... and what about a price on that 4-ch amp?? and a pic??
