Just put my motor in my crx and now when I turn the key to the ON position my check engine light flashes so fast i cant even read a code, and my distributor(dizzy) keeps ticking continuously, then when i go to start it i get a little grinding and i small ringing noise, I thought that might be the starter but i had it tested and it was fine.
Please help me out quickly, my friends waiting to race me till he pulls his motor out so i nneds fix this problem by like friday.

any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Oh ya and the distributor is brand new,

 

check the ground on the thermostat

 

And where is the ground on the thermostat, What does it look like?

on my integra my dizzy was ticking....couple days later my coil went out...open up ur dizzy and see whats wrong with it...
