whats the difference between semi-synthetic/synthetic gm friction modified fluid??

well i juss picked up the synchromesh tranmission fluid friction modified (first pic) which says its semi-synthetic..but i heard there was another friction modified one called synthetic manual transmission fluid (second pic)...which one is better for my 2nd and 3rd gear grinding?? whats the difference?? thanks

if your 2nd and 3rd are grinding there is no oil will correct that. whether is synthetic or semi.
