I am gonna take my lude out of my friend's garage after 1.5 years of sitting the garage......are there anything i should do after i start driving it again??

Before you start it, change the oil and oil filter. That oil filter must have degraded a longtime ago. I stored one of my cars for 6 months and I did this.

Check/fill up the air in your tires.

If you can, top off the charge on the battery before you start it too. If it is low, it puts a lot of stress on the alternator to charge the battery back up. It's not a dire thing to do, just a good idea.

Another thing I do if the emergency brake was used is after I drive the car around, I put my hand on the rear wheels to make sure none of the brake calipers are sticking.

 

Id also dump so fuel additive in, or maybe a gallon or two of premium. since that gas had been sitting for so long in the tank.

 

just do a flush of everything (tranny, engine, etc) and you'll be good to go

 

so just flush everything.....................
