SIR I and SIR II differences

just to let you know
SiR and SiRII are just trims, both were in all the generations
SiR was fairly basic but had the motor B16A motor (no power stuff usually or add ons)
SiRII had much more usually all the options, such as LSD/TCS and so on...
but if you are refering to 90-1 b16a vs a 92-5 then there were few small differences, first power ratings
158hp vs 168hp
-cams were weaker on the 90-1
-ecu tuning more aggressive on the 92-5 (higher vtec and rev limit)
-lower c/r on the 90-1 (10.2 vs. 10.4 - PR3 vs P30 pistons)
the actual power difference in real world was about 0-7hp at most, between the two

....and to add to your info..
the 92+ B16A Heads have a better cooling passages than the pre 92 heads.
92+ B16A heads are easy to distinguish from 89-91 B16A heads, simply by looking for this '30' right near the vtec solenoid area:

Wanna ask if dropping a SIR pr3 intak.mani on my b18c w/ b16 1st gen. head in '95 LS, will it work? I think it's a pre-OBD mani? I'm a newbie so bare w/ me.

yes you can use an 89-91 B16A intake manifold, just try and keep a 92+ B-series throttlebody on, so you can retain the MAP sensor that's on the topside of the throttlebody.
