Default learn to take the good with the bad.............

so after a bit of a wait and a load of anticipation the b/c3+ arrived, my head buzzing with all the usual questions,(.....right who do i trust to do this????) and the phone rings.........mick your car's after gettin' a smack

some ******' cabbage is after reversing into my parked teg, turns out its just cosmetic, so i'm gonna replace the panel & use the trip to spray shop to put on a nice new chargespeed front & rear lips.
if anyone can answer a few questions for me the specs are
'97 jdm itr with all the usual bolt ons
spec 3+ cams & apexi power fc
buddy club .4mm head gasket to up compression(still waiting on this)
the motor has 145,000 km (i have it since 104,000km)
is there anything you can recommend i should uprate i.e injectors fuel pump??
should i be thinking about replacing rings, valve seals (she's a bit smokey but does'nt drink a lot of oil) or water pump, any help with my next steps would be greatly appreciated TANX

Sucks to hear about the car. Make sure the inner fender area and strut bar area are ok. Can't quite tell from the pic.
