in the chiltons manual its a bolt right there...

pop the black cover off and the bolt is under that.

new problem the top bolt is stripped to hell.
goddamn it.
anyway to get it out with out drilling?

he, he.....that's when a good set of metrinch tools come handy.....

anyways, if you don't have these handy soak the hell out of that bold with WD-40 or my favorite ACE hardware store's own penetrating compound.....let it sit for about 20 min then go at it with pliers.........grab the bolt as hard as you can and try turning it

I you have a dremel tool With a cut off wheel you can slot it and use a flat head screwdriver.
