need help with clutch line!!!!!
i was wondering if you fellow honda tech member dudes can help me, im almost done with my auto to manual conversion, on a normal manual car you have a clutch line from clutch master cylinder to the clutch damperner, and then from the damperner to the slave cylinder, well after talking to a person that all ready did the swap he says he just went from clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder, and im planning to do that too, but i was wondering if i could just use the fittings and overlap the fittings with pressure hose and then clamp them down, input on this idea?here are some pics.
this is the original line just cut off this is from clutch master cylinder.

this is what i want to do the original line but with a pressure hose and then clamp it down.

i dont know if that will work...
those lines are under alot of pressure, they use metal tubing for a reason. i think the rubber will just leak or split even if you clamp it real good.
also, imma say that would give you a horrible clutch pedal feel.
your best bet if you dont want an oem hardline is run a braided steel line...

rubber hose are used for alot of car, but i must agree with you, rubber hose or not, those SS clamps will not give it a good enough seal.
since bending metal lines is kind of hard to find(good metal/brake shop would do), see if you can find some aftermarket SS line or a good hardware store that carries good rubber end connector.

Personally I jsut went to Honda and got the parts that I needed. You could make up a line like that, but I would highly advise against it. It may work for a while but in the long run it will cause you more headaches then anything else.
if you want to run a Stainless Steel Braided line, take a look in the Accord FAQ for the How-To: Auto-to-5spd Swap by s.cali alan, he shows the SS line and gives the sizes of the ends.
