It is really not that critical..
For the time being,
Find a small bottle >the thicker the better...
that will fit in the space. ie:gatorade bottle maybe..
Cut a hole in the cap and stick a hose through it
and down into the bottle..then add some coolant.
You could probably find some brass fittings or vacuum fittings
to take it's place..Add a siphon tube so it can get a drink..

Well for the time being ive got, a piece of a pool patch jammed in there and elect. tape wrapped tight around it. I wouldnt mind it that much but its my newer radiator that JUST replaced my old one and ive got a 60 mile work roundtrip and I cannot stand being late and I just started this job so the guy doesnt know me that well. But whats your opinion on the t-bracket.
Yea i think ill get a brass fiting with some teflon tape and use that method, thanks man. But of course as this happens the damn storm of the century rolls in and its pourin *** outside so I cant rig up the bottle trick so do you think my tempo. repair will get me the 30 miles to work tomorrow (and I keep my fan constantly on if that helps anything) and Im just really mad at myself right now for being so damn stupid.

Ok well as it sits.......Im just leaving the nipple open b.c its not a high pressure fiting and the worst that can happen is a little coolant spray out when it opens............I pray. B.c I thought about it and if I did cap it off..that would make the radiator a bomb in theroy
ok similar problem here just its on the intake manifold. the nipple broke off and trying to either find a replacement if thats possible or quick fix it. any ideas? is jb weld ok to use it with it being on the manifold? is there another nipple to buy somewhere nobody seems to know when i ask auto parts stores. its a 92 civic 1.5L
