need help asap need to know where the main relay is on a 94 prelude. thanx

 

drivers side under the dash. It is twards the top on the left side of the steering wheel. You will have to pull off the under part of the dash to get to it easier. I couldnt' get mine out with a socket wrench, the space is too small, so the old one is still there with the new one just hangen around. Its a brown box with a grey bottom.

i had to remove the gauges on the 4th gen in order to access the 10mm bolt.

 

You can also just unclip it from the casing and then remove it rather than trying to figure out how to put a screwdriver in there.

 

Before ******* around with anything, try calling the honda dealership to see if your car qualifies for a recall. I heard a lot of the 4th gen Ludes have a recall on the main relay.

 

it is a BITCH to get to!!!! i couldn't get to the screw so i just ripped that **** off and my new one is just hanging there like mentioned above!
