Default HC guys who know the rules well..

I have a damaged GRS down here which can not be rebuild " at least not the front half" .
I was thinking of spliceing together two DC2's to build one. which for some strange reason we have a good front and a good rear of another dc2 that is. What would be the ramifications of running HC with a half and half car? Once the cage is in the chassis they are all the same unless i use a R chassis right?
I want a dc2 track car and not a CRX anymore and here would be a damn near free one " except for all of the work".
Thoughts comments?? they are both legit so i do not want to hear and stollen car crap..

The GSR and LS tubs are the same, so as far as body swap goes, you're legal using the GSR parts to make an H4 car. For the DC2s, the motor/tranny/ecu combo is the only difference of any consequence between the GSR and LS.

No difference.

As far as rules go, there is no concern with what your asking as long as neither is a "R"!

Split in two.. please.. All though it would make a great photo opp..
Any way i have a R power train well enough parts left over from my rebuild to build a r power plant so that would move to an H1 car?? 5 lug swaps are getting cheep and i have a r plant along with an S80 lsd " 4.78" ready for my rex i could just stick it in here and run H1. It would be a bastard car but cheep...
I have an R with which i have been working on my Lic with NASA so i really like the car much more than my rex.

By S80, I assume you're referring to the JDM powerplant, correct? In that case, you are right in assuming the car would be currently classed in H1.
