Our shop is doing an h22a swap in a 2000 accord lx...single cam vtec. never done one of these. which mount for the drivers side should we end up using? Do i use the mount bracket off the F-Series and put it on the h22a or what? Any input will help. Thanks

 

I know for 5th gens you just use the original F22 mount, but if it's a 6th gen I'm wouldn't be 100% sure. Is that mount liquid filled?

from what i know, you need to make a custom mount with the h22 and f23 mount or go with a place racing mount not sure if they made one for sale to the public yet. let me see if i can find picture.

 

Just talking with some locals here last night and the general consensus is that a custom mount has to be made. As far as I know, neither the H22, nor any F-series mounts will work in the stock form. I imagine it'd be easier to custom the H-series mount to fit onto F-series mount location, but that's just my personal opinion. I also did a pretty good online search last night and couldn't really come up with anything.
