what octane gas to run
i run 93.. but my friend has a accord same year f22b2 an i can member if after ur boost a car do u go from 87 to 93 or does that come halfer u build the block?
Once you add boost, you need to run 91 or 93 octane (or higher), whichever is available in your area. Whether you block is built or not shouldn't matter unless you run a higher compression, which most likely would not be the case.
If your car requires premium, run premium. A stock 5th gen accord ex will not require premium and will run better, get better mileage and be faster if you use regular.
If you build the block for higher compression or advance the timing or have any sort of forced induction, then run the highest octane you can find( 93 in some areas). If your F22 engine is stock, run premium.

You mean, if your engine is stock, run regular.
