do these rotors look new?

i purchased rotors from one of the sellers in the market place. they also sell on ebay and have a site.. i will call them out when i am %100 these are not new rotors, but i think its obvious. they sent me defective rotors, and after a hassle, they sent me these "new" rotors. notice the rusty corroded looking inside vented area of the rotor. thats why i think they are used old rotors made to look new, resurfaced and machined, drilled and slotted, whatever they do.

You do realize that rotors rust very fast if they dont have storage grease on them.

yes they are new.....the rust on the inside of the rotor is normal.

ya.. surface rust.. those look like they were rusting for a long time...
