Default Too much heat at the wheels

It's been a while since i needed help but here's my question:
"Can you melt 13" stock steelies to lugnuts from too much rotor heat?"
My driver side wheel will NOT let the rim come off. The camber looks good, the bearings are good, but the tire will not budge. I shake the car trying to pull this bitch off. ANyone had this problem, or even heard of it? any advice help is appreciated.
I figure i might just take it to discount and say, "Have fun!"

ahh, i would have to say no. the melting point of steel is pretty high. i would bet it is more likely that it was put on with an impact wrench or by someone who didnt know that 80ft/lbs is what you are supposed to torque the wheels to. what makes you think they have been melted on?
