Carsound cat $59 @ testpipe.com Anyone bought from there?
I was looking at the testpipe.com site and cant decide whether to get a test pipe for my JDM header or a carsound cat. They have it listed for only $59. Is this the right one? I thought other companies affiliated with this site is asking $100. Also, I only see a 3 inch carsound cat availible. Can you get a 2.5" carsound from them?
I've read posts about people buying for them and not actually receiving a Carsound, but some other brand that they claim is comprable. Just what I have read, no personal experience.
Car Sound cats are Universal. Depending on Model we sell them from $75-100
The Bolt On cats with flanges, Flared piping and O2 bungs are all done in house By people like Myself and SMSP Those cats vary from 175-185
So you are not getting the same cat for $69 as a $175 one

Spend the extra money, unless you know how to weld really good, and know all of the dimensions that will work for your particular setup.

Would i be able to pass inspection with a $69. cat??? Or hass there been a $100 markup on these thing and this is for real?
I passed with B's and a $50 cat from Jeg's.
BUT I had to get it welded up to fit. That is where Dave (SMS), Mike (IPS) et al provide their value - bolt-on goodness
