To my knowledge cft has a good rep.
There are plenty of shops/tuners in tampa also

 

CFT in florida are pretty good guys. My buddy bought some stuff off them for his WRX and their qualty of work is excellent. I can't speak for honda's but.. if you watched their vids, I'm pretty sure you know what they are all about. They might be pricey though.

built? hmmm i would honestly have an engine builder asseble the block itself. a machinest would do the best world GENERALLY. tuning wise you have alot of choices with cft... aem or microtech they have rolo which is a good tuner. if you want hondata or anyting else basically they have manuel or columbia with hdm and he is a great tuner when it comes to hondas. alot of people say cft sucks or whatever because they use thier dyno and they break on cft;s dyno when cft wasent even tuning the car. electronics, wiring, tuning wise they are top notch...

 

CFT does good work. Rolo is a great tuner and a good guy. CFT
