Has the car been refereed? Will it pass smog? CARB sticker?

 

CARB'd h22 EG?? That would be impressive. It has not been, itll pass smog though... just call me up if you need it to pass? =p I bet with a cat on it, it could almost pass, only thing that would stop it from being carb'd is the EGR being off-- which was programmed into the Jun racing ecu.
