what components make up the subframe in the R?

 

 

if you are talking about the FRONT subframe, there is acually a metal assembly that gets bolted to the chassis... this assembly holds the steering rack, sway bar and the lower control arms in place...


ughh... i have a pic of 1 someplace but i cant find it....

the subframe is the part that the Bennen bar is mounted too... its the black metal subframe... supports the front suspension

 

What does that benen bar do? Is it like the rear trunk one?

Yep there is and thanks to HT I saved myself 100+ dollars by not ordering it on the group buy.
