Default draining my fuel tank

ok in the last 2 years my car has been a non op as I have been building my new engine, This weekend I may.. and I say may get hey goin. My only issue is that there is still some 2 year old fuel in my tank that I need to get out. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

So far my only idea was to hook up my electrical turn the key to on with the hose going into a fuel barrel and hope that it just keeps pumping fuel till she goes dry.

thanks

if ur tank is anyting like the accord fuel tank on my 5th gen, it should have a drain bolt on the bottom that u can just take out and drain.

you have to remove some bolts for the gas tank shield, and then there will be a drain bolt on the driver side rear of the tank. i stuck a bucket underneath and drained it.

I dont think there is a gas tank shield on 4th gens like there is on 5th gens.

But yeah, drain bolt is the way to go. Just dont forget to put it back in when youre done

Dropping tanks ******* sucks, make sure you keep track of how everything goes together.

if its a 4th gen there is a drain thats easily accessed under the tank. Just have big juggs to fill, its a messy job.
