opinion on vertical doors?
I was considering getting a vertical door conversion kit.. What is everyone's opinion on how they will look on an S2000. I know that I like them and I am pretty sure I am going to get the kit, so just wondered how everyone else feels about it.

I think they look awesome. Don't listen to these haters. Do what you like to the car.
Make sure you get the hydraulic actuators for them, with remote control, so you can stick your head in the doorjam and hit the button repeatedly.

Heres the truth, there are only a couple good quality kits on the market. Id recommend only using them if its a show only car. If you dont close the door right youll damage something, if you dont open it right youll damage something. If your drunk friend trys to get out wrong youll damage something, get it? The door comes millimeters from the fender when up, if the wind blows hard youll need to repiant the fender. Also most people dont realize that all the door wires need to be extended.
Good kit $1600, install with inner fenders cut and rolled $1000. No matter how "bolt on" they are, you need the fenders modified.

i fly for free. my moms a flight attendent. it would be no problem to get some other guys from this board to fly out and beat you down if you choose to ruin to this car.

I think S2000's are more performance cars, not like pimp show cars. and yea, shouldn't go vertical unless its a show car. thier just a hassle to have and alot of care has to be taken into them, so that they don't break or bend.
