Default how safe is this?

so i bent the bolt coming from my lower ball joint removing my axles. the nut wouldnt go back on. my dad wanted the car out of the garage so i cut off the bottom of the bolt that was mishapen and got the nut on. i couldnt torque the nut because once the nut got screwed on all the way the ball joint spun with it. theres also no room for me to drill a hole for a cotter pin. as of now im not driving the car because i dont want to deal with that nut falling off. i already have the new ball joint but i just dont have the time to replace it now. should i continue to not drive the car or do you guys think itll be ok?

at most the car will be driven for 20 miles until i have the ball joint replaced

i had done the same thing...the bolt was so rusted it snapped off, but to answer ur question its not safe to drive around in. to roll ur car out of the garage ok but not to drive...even if u have the nut on the bolt.
