Ive got 18000 i want to get an integra, but what kind should or could i get with this money what kinda mods can i put on it? whats the max hp that you can put into an integra while staying street legal? Thx for your input

**** man, if you got 18000 get a ******* TT supra... you may be able to find a nice 4th gen for 18k.. but i know you can get one for 20 - 25k.. i would save up some more money then go all out on a supra :D... but Supra is my dream car.. so thats just my opinion ...

3rd gen rx7 or TT supra. go with a car that comes turbo stock.

hell yea.. go buy a used supra somewhere.... boost controller and crank up the boost.

 

if u buy a 93 mustang for about 8k... youll need the other 10,000 to get it repaired. hahaha

 

Get a hatch/h22/boost

 

first buy a teg. whichever you like. 2nd and 3rd gens are both good just find a clean one. if you want real fast buy a 2nd gen to save $ and dump cash under the hood. But best way to go for power at all times is turbo so best to start with an LS usless you HAVE to have a gsr the LS is more turbo friendly, has low compression, or buy what you want, buy a B20, put a B17 crank in it, build it properly from there up, buy a RevHard turbo kit or Drag etc., usually better than Greddy unless you know exactly how to order the proper turbo and upgrades with a Greddy kit, and boost the **** out of it.

1997 integra LS. overbore that **** to 2.0L with resleave and P&P the head. put some hard internals in there (pistons, rods, springs/retainers, cams and gears) and throw the **** down with a nice FMICooled turbo running 18-20 psi. if you have any money left over get some not-too-crazy 15's or 16's (lightweight if you can) with some sticky rubber. Damn...I wish I had 18 large to throw at a car

 

if u want good reliability and a fast fun car, i would get an s14 240sx for like $5-7K depending on condition and get the japanese SR20DET motor for $3500 they sell the whole kit, u'll get a nice fun reliable RWD!!!! car and it will cost u $10-12K
use the rest of the $ do get really **** faced

 

i would look into putting that into a down payment for another car. but if really want a integra try to find a used one really cheap one like a RS with a crappy motor for like 3-4000$ and buy a low milege LS motor and build that thing for turbo drag3,greddy, wutever and get all kind of upgrades, suspension, interior, exterior and you'll haev a nice ride and it would cost problay under 18k. good luck with your choice.

 

WOW, Thats funny. Last week I received 24,000 from insurance. I took 18,000 all for my car. Heres what I did.

$9000 - 94 GSR
$3500 - Drag 3 turbo from Importparts.
$545 - Hondata 2b
$90 - Eibach sportline springs
$280 - Type r lip and oem sides
$375 - Rims
$450 - Tanabe Hyper Medalion exhaust

and a bunch of other stuff I dont feel like listing
