Default turbo rebuild kit...

my turbo only burns oil after full boost and cold startup. so im thinking the seals are gone, shaft play is good. just wondering if these kits were okay for my turbo. i have a turbonetics t3/t4 from a drag kit. does it matter if the kits are for garrett?
would the partial rebuild kit be good enough for my case or should i just go with the full kit?

partial kit

full kit

its going to be my first time taking a turbo apart and ive been researching a bit. i know its recommended for a balance but im just going to do what some others have been successful with and mark the fin. if the rebuild fails then owell, i tried and it would be a good learning process. just want to try it b4 i buy a new turbo.
