If it's JDM it should have a full header all the way down. I personally had to custom fab a way to make them fit togther. Basically there isn't enough room to cut the flange off of the header, so I just found a flange that matched up to the header flange. I cut the original flange off of the Accord exhaust and welded the new flange back up to the old piece of exhaust. Worked like a charm and no problems so far.

However in your case being a 4th gen I thought they bolted right up. If not, jsut use the aforementionned method. Hope that helps.

^^the header or exhaust manifold is two pieces and i believe he is saying he doesnt have the lower half (b pipe). search around junk yards i guess or look in classifieds, maybe some has one that is just lying around after they put an aftermarket header on and would sell for cheap...

you might just have to go and buy a header though...

Oh, that sucks, I must have misread his post. If it's a JDM motor I'm pretty sure you have little to no chance of finding the lower portion of it. I'm almost 100% sure that the JDM header is different than the USDM header.

Mine just came complete with the engine I bought.

Yes the downpipe is very different. You need to either find one at the junkyard or use your F22 downpipe, the latter is probably more doable than the former considering that Preludes get all the good stuff ganked as soon as they come in.
I would just order a performance one off of Ebay and fab it all up.
