Default gs-r brakes dead

ok so i have a 4 door gsr. i was drivin in pepboys parkin lot and i went to hit the brakes , and as soon as i tapped the brake pedal, it shot back up. so when i go to push it in, it goes about an inch or less down, and doesnt go anymore. i also heard some kinda sound like air was comin out when i pressed teh brakes after turnin the car on. the car slows down , but horribly slow, so i gotta use E-brake. when im in neutral at a dead stop, and i press the brakes, the idle goes up to about 1500 rpms. anyone got any ideas on wtf this is?

sounds like the caliper (that cylinder thing that pushes on the brake pads) isn't retracting....yup...i'd check your lines...I had that happened to me once. I could sometimes "smell" my brake pads.
