call you local auto part stores.. They should have it for like 5 bucks.. if they say they're out ask if they have the del sol vtec in stock becuase its the same

Yep, Del Sol VTEC (any year) & 99-00 Civic Si should all use the same clutch tool, assuming you get one that's tailored to the B16A2/3 & S21.
