Just bought one. I was curious as to how many were made, I dont see them too often.

 

I know they are pretty rare, I don't know the amount produced though. Nice find BTW

 

i barely seen any, i only saw one in my life which an old lady was driving it

 

i believe they only made it in 93' and its usualy light green..love the side molding on the fender where it says vtec instead of dohc.. i only seen it like 3 times, dont they all come with one peice headlights?

Nope they only came in 92-93. I seen white, green and red. But im not really sure on the white

 

they come in black too...and know they dont have 1 piece headlights

 

In Canada, we got the red, teal and black. US got red, teal and white I believe. Who knows...maybe we got white up here too...but I know for a fact that only Canada got black GS-Rs.

 

i think then only made 1500 in 92 and 3000 in 93 but for G2 it is under 5000 total G2 made. So if u have 1 u r lucky, i plan on looking for 1 next year

 

Mine is a 92' and its red. Scored it for 1500 bucks.

I wa son auto trader and they ha done selling for 1900 CND , red, with 229,000 KM's. It looked mint, and was sold the next day.

Like a B16 with slightly more torque?

 

1.7.... not bad, 2.0 vtec turbo, much better

 

My goals are to just restore the car pretty close to factory with just a few mods. Im not gonna try and make this thing a racecar, just a nice rare and quick dd with a/c. I will deffinitely be keeping the b17 in it.

 

the b17 is really high strung, no low-end torque. Pretty much feels like a b16. Then again this thing does have 260,000 miles on it.

 

my friend has a 93' teal GSR and it's in perfect condition with 82,000miles on it and its all original exept, aem cai, dc sports header, rsr exmag and teins

 

oh and he bought it like 6 years ago with 20k on it for like $6k

 

this is what I've heard over the many years that I've owned mine....
USA had red,green and white... Canada had red,green and black (with manual seat belts, DRL, and kms of course).... all of them were made in 92, but sold in 92-93.... it was a short run cause they came out in mid 92 and then the G3's started selling in late 93....

approx. 2500 were sold in 92 and 1500 were sold in 93.... &lt;150 were black(rarest color)

 

the us has white... my friend has one, i see it everyday at work

 

old school gsr's DO come with 1 piece headlights. but it has a boobie on the foglight.

But I sold my B17 2 months ago with 244,000 miles for a very nice price

dont believe this is true...i have never seen one come standard with 1 pieces in the us. i have a 93 gsr i bought about three weeks ago after seachering for almost 3 months
