Adding NO2

I own a 99 Civic EX with an I-4, B-16 with VTec, I know that I'll need to add some colder plugs but what else can I do to ensure that I won't blow my Engine?

Agreed. Don't be greedy with the power you can get. I've seen it Blow $20k race motors even when used properly.
