New honda-tech member here. Lowering car - how to jack up? And all ITR jack points...
Hey everyone, I just found this board and it looks far better than clubsi.com
I am thinking about lowering my car with coilovers, but I am concerned about jacking the car up for oil changes (at home) and changing tires. I predicted what the ground clearance would be after the desired drop height, and I found that the front of my jack will not even fit under the car... I could buy new $$ low jack, but I'd like to see other options.
What are all of the jack points available for lifting the Integra? Forgive me for the newbie question, I'm a new ITR owner.
I'm also concerned about changing wheels in the case of a flat tire in the middle of a highway, so what do you guys do when that happens? Call in a tow truck??
Any input would be appreciated, thanks

Welcome and H-T 0wnz csi!
Anyways, if your jack won't fit, you can always use your stock jack to raise it a bit and then use your standard jack to lift it up more.
Rear jack point: Tow hook
Sides: near the front wheel
Front: near the tranny
check out http://www.sanddracing.com and http://www.c-speedracing.com for more info.

Get 2 pieces wood (like a 2x anything) and roll over them with your 2 front tires and you will be able to jack the car up with the normal jack points. It's easy.
