Default 2004 Civic radio install Questions??

How the heck do I get to the back of the stock radio? Or how can I remove it? I find it nearly impossible?

And do they have RCA jacks in the back? Or do I need to get an adapter?

fist thing to do is pull out the dashboard center lower cover (trim piece with the power outlet in it) - just gotta pull that thing out get under it with a trim tool

next remove two mounting bolts that hold the heater control panal/radio assembly in place

next pull out the the heater control panal and then its a matter of removing the unit it self from the control panal

youll probably need a trim removal tool- but u can get away with a screwdriver wraped in electrical tape most of the time.

ok there u go good luck
