Take off the door panel, It's just a series of clips from there.

Yeah hes got a point... its nothing to remove them, but then again you pretty much do have to have your car repainted after they weld the holes shut.

Just get your moldings painted, it actually makes a world of a difference. Looks way better than before and its cheaper.

you are probably looking at around a grand depending on if you go to a good place or not..You will pay for the man hours to have them removed and welded shut. You will then pay to have your doors, and rear quarter panels fully painted on both sides

Removing the side molding is really easy, it the body work isn't hard at all because of the falt area that you are working on.

I really like the way mine came out and it didn't take much body work at all. Used metal tape to close the holes shut.

i paid around a grand for my moldings shaved
ITR doors- 100
welding +smoothing- 300
paint+ labor (hookup price) 500

looking back it prob would have been cheaper to shave my stock doors. either way, shaved modlings FTW. the only thing I don't like about them is that it becomes a lot easier to acquire door dings in parking lots

depends on the paint but I would think a minumum of $1K. I had the hole car sprayed when I had them shaved

My Milano Red 3 stage is expensive to spray.
