Which 2 guages?
I would say AF and oil pressure....although I would like to have a water temp gauge also....so I guess I wouldn't be happy with only two.

I would think A/F wouldn't be that big of a deal; I mean once you tune the car the A/F should stay reasonably constant. Maybe changing weather would throw it off a little, but the gauge is not totally accurate to begin with.
I would say start with a good oil temp gauge. Spend your money on that, and get a good one that gives accurate readings.

There are 3 of them that I would use:
Oil Temp
Oil Pressure
Fuel Pressure
I feel that these are a must on a modified car...especially one that will, at times, see track use.
