Default Exedy Stage 1-will it hold?

So i have just pieced together my turbo kit. It is going on my b16 in my 90 hatch. I am shooting for 250 whp, but i am afraid my clutch won't hold it. It is an exedy stage 1 with the full disk. If anyone has run one of these with this much power please chime in. It just needs to last me until around september

It will hold if you keep it easy, don't drag race it, even a bit... I've had stage IIs work fine, but even that is pushing it. I've had Stage II Exedy on NA cars go out before.

Upgrade the disc to a 6 or 4puck.. Keep the PP, unless youve got the cash to grab another plate too.

I will when i build the block, but i just don't want to have to pull the tranny right now, so i was just hoping i could get away with it for a while.

hell yeah, 270 is more than i will be making, and i have a lighter car. I don't care as long as it holds on the dyno so i can hurry up and get the damn thing tuned!
